In virtual coaching sessions, I help you feel calm and empowered by guiding you in the creation of daily routines and the organization of your home to establish a safe and predictable environment that fosters confidence and independence in your daughter.

These aren't "decluttering, Marie Kondo style" sessions. We won't be counting how many skirts you have in your closet. Sorry!
These aren't "SuperNanny" sessions. I won't be recommending any forced "time out" sessions for your child to get her to "behave". Sorry!
​These aren't "one and done" sessions either. You won't create a snack routine, organize a drawer, and then "call it a day". Sorry!

Instead, as a PCI Certified Parent Coach who offers you real, holistic support in your parenting, you and I will work together to create a home that is warm, loving, and connected; a home where you and your daughter feel seen, understood, and loved.

​Throughout our virtual coaching sessions, we talk. Just you and me, in one on one sessions. We delve into your family's story to see where I can offer support. Then, you dream! And, together, we design a path for your family to reach your dream.
